EC Transzvuk is a research and production company founded in 1986 by a group of scientists from the Odessa Polytechnic Institute, Ukraine. Its activity was based on scientific developments in the field of jet technology. For more than 30 years the company has been developing and introducing to the Ukrainian industry a wide range of products whose technical characteristics are not inferior to foreign analogs, and in some respects surpass them. Our products are used in thermal and nuclear power engineering, the chemical industry, construction, housing and communal services, agriculture, heating and hot water supply systems, production of organic fertilizers, mixed and emulsion liquid fuels, railway transport, and other industries. Currently, the company's activities are related to the development and implementation of innovative technologies for industrial application, including training and retraining of personnel to work with new automated equipment. In 1998, "EC Transsvuk" developed the first hydraulic piling machine with a side wedge pile clamping system. The practical use of these machines promoted environmentally friendly construction methods and provided an opportunity to "install" pile elements with minimal impact on the environment. In 2006, the company's engineers developed the Aggregate-Modular Piling System, which allowed technological processes to be improved, making them more efficient and safer. In the following years, the development of automated technological processes for foundation engineering was carried out, which became the subject of scientific research in cooperation with leading research centers: International Press-in Association (IPA), Japan; Kupke + Wolf GmbH, Germany; Engineering Services International (ESI); Institute für Geotechnics, ETH Zürich, Switzerland, and others. Сonceptual technologies for foundation engineeringThe presented piling equipment has been developed as a result of a combination of the most up-to-date technologies in the fields of mechanical engineering, geotechnics, and foundation construction, as well as original design solutions derived from practical experience. Over these years, in Ukraine, more than 300 pile foundations of different complexity have been completed. The presented technology allows for minimizing dynamic and vibration impacts on the bases, foundations, and communications of nearby structures, as well as provides interactive quality control of the piling works, high productivity, and safety of construction. This makes it the most relevant for modern geotechnical and foundation engineering. At present, the company's focus is on the construction of pile foundations and sheet pile structures, reinforcement of excavations, and slope stabilization. Piling works are carried out using environmentally friendly construction equipment and technologies. Each piling project is accompanied by scientific and technical support.
